The Service provides users with AI-powered tools for image analysis and transformation for research and entertainment purposes. The technology is experimental, and results are not guaranteed to be accurate or realistic.

You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the consequences of using our Service. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, process, or create any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Process images of any individual without their explicit consent.
• Upload or process images of individuals under the age of 18.
• Infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service for violating any of these terms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PuQAI, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service.
